Rob was right.
I should start writing again.
Before I started my business, I wrote silly little anecdotal, memoir-like pieces that while I thought were funny, may not have been to readers. I didn't care, and wrote anyway.
Then the child(ren) came. The business was started.
And writing took a backburner, behind the dogs, reading for pleasure, and yes, the Grandma Cat.
I'm hoping this will be more than just this introductory post, instead of the typical "hello" blog piece that gathers virtual tumbleweeds for years to come.
These writings will not be hilarious (to me, at least) anecdotes.
Sorry.
Actually, not sorry.
These writings will be my own outlet- an outlet beyond the creative outlet of owning and running a creative business, beyond the time wasted on social media and memes, an outlet that will hopefully prove to be somewhat therapeutic and maybe even help others going through the same situation.
